Opa and Oma's First Ever Visit to Marineland

Mom and Dad are celebrating some pretty big occasions this year, and we figured we'd take them to Marineland to celebrate... Because surely it was the dream of their 65 & 70 year existence(s) (respectively) that someone would take them here, right?

Okay, I know this was kinda lame, because taking them was obviously going to be far more fun for us than for them.

But they were such great sports about it all, and not only did they enthusiastically admire the animals, the architecture, the scenery, and the show, they even let the kids talk them into going on some rides!
This ride is actually quite wild. I was afraid it might be a bit much for Mom, but she went on from there to join the kids on several other rides, including (one of?) the world's longest steel roller coaster - Dragon Mountain! Dad did, too (though not Dragon Mountain, because we talked him out of it on account of his neck troubles.)

The kids finally managed to talk Wills into trying the swings. Poor guy; he had the most terrified expression for most of the ride. But afterwards he wanted to go on again!
Afterwards Mom and Dad treated us to a picnic at the park, where we met up with M. Not too shabby! :)
